Personal Data Processed

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process your name, your contact details and the information you include in your message. The website does not otherwise collect personal data through membership, forms or similar means.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Your personal data is processed to respond to contact requests, to carry out legal advisory and attorney services, and to fulfil statutory obligations, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.

Transfers

As a rule, your personal data is not shared with third parties; it may be transferred to competent authorities and institutions only where required by law. If you choose to contact us via third-party tools such as WhatsApp, the content of the communication is transmitted through that platform's infrastructure and is subject to its privacy policy.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and the statutory retention periods; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Only a strictly necessary cookie is used to remember your language preference, and your browser's local storage is used for the appearance preference.

Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information if it is
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• To request deletion or destruction of the data under Article 7 of the KVKK, and notification of these operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• To object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You may submit your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by email to [email protected] or in writing to our office address. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest; you also retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
